player-centric methodology

The HomeStay program employs the advanced GFI training methodology, covering individual and team techniques, physical conditioning, GFI's unique style, and specialized goalkeeper training. Sessions simulate real game scenarios for active learning, integrating coordination, tactical-cognitive, physical conditioning, and psychological-emotional aspects to foster confidence and competitive preparedness.

Health and Well-being

Injury Prevention Plan: both at the team and individual level, including nutrition and hygiene, and rest and recovery.

Cognitive development

Athletes are coached in game intelligence, refining tactical skills, strategic understanding, and mental preparation for practices and games.

Team Preparation

Players improve teamwork through effective communication, elevating team performance in competitive environments. Video analysis is used during practices and games to identify areas for improvement.

Individual Focus

Physical Preparation: Strength and Conditioning, Individualized and Specific Programs, Mastery of Coordination and Technical and Tactical Skills.
