Days 1 to 7- Preparation for Tryouts
Mornings
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast.
- 9:00 AM – Physical Training:
› Speed, endurance, and agility tests.
› Strength and coordination exercises with and without the ball.
› Anaerobic and aerobic endurance work.
› Conditional structures. - 11:00 AM – Individual and collective techniques, principles and sub-principles:
› Ball control, shooting with both legs, and passing exercises.
› Short, medium, and long-distance contacts.
› High-intensity possession games (2v2, 3v3).
Afternoons:
- 2:00 PM – Lunch.
- 4:00 PM – Individual and collective tactics, development and interpretation of the game:
› Strategies for quick transitions, high pressing, and positioning.
› Simulations of real-game situations. - 6:00 PM – Video Analysis: Tactical breakdown of European league matches.
- 8:00 PM – Dinner.
Days 8 to 10- Tryouts
- Mornings and Afternoons: Complete matches where each player will be evaluated by scouts.
- Participation of 6 top-tier clubs: Scouts will analyze players’ technical skills, tactics, and attitude.
- Personalized Evaluation: Each player will receive a detailed report at the end of the program, with feedback and potential opportunities for linking.
